I LOVE health, fitness and nutrition and have been passionate about it since I was young. I have a Sports Science degree and a Diploma in Human Nutrition which I believe to be the perfect combination for me to work with my clients to achieve their goals safely and effectively. There are no short cuts to getting and keeping fit, the key is consistency in both regular training and eating a balanced diet.
I love to work with people and the greatest satisfaction is to see my clients reach their goals and see them reach beyond where they ever thought possible.
My training philosophy is to do what you love and love what you do. Eat, breathe and live fitness.
The health and fitness industry is constantly changing and can be quite overwhelming especially when you are starting out for the first time. My passion is to help others achieve their goals with my commitment to implementing specific and individualised programmes. I believe training should be fun and varied whilst keeping the end goal in mind.
Now in the industry for almost 15 years I bring a wealth of experience to my work. Whether looking for weight loss, strength conditioning or if you’re training for a specific event, I provide bespoke programmes to leave you feeling focused and energised.
When I first started PT with Amy, I lost a significant amount of weight and became much more toned very quickly.
